Why we started Light
If you’ve ever tried to build anything in energy, you know the options aren’t great. You either become a licensed utility, or depend on one.
Either way, you’re stuck with slow-moving partners, legacy tech, and zero control over a poor customer experience.
We started Light to change that. We believe electricity plans should be embedded, affordable, and invisible, just like payments, shipping, or any other modern backend infrastructure.
So we built the missing platform that makes it possible.
